Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with vendors, partners and internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to drive efficiencies and ensure the systems on premises are functioning seamlessly whilst maintaining the security level required. Key Responsibilities ● Understanding about hardware and software solutions ● Troubleshooting technical issues on-site and remotely ● Installing and configuring hardware and software at project / customer site ● Liaising with customers to identify the root of their problem and resolve the issues. ● Providing timely and accurate customer feedback ● Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved. ● Ability to manage multiple projects / issues at one time. ● Testing & evaluating new technologies of hardware and software ● Project management and co-ordination between customer, project contractors on site, external vendors and internal teams ● Implement hardware and software according to the requirements of the customer. ● Work with internal teams and external vendors to prepare a system integration. ● Carry out configuration management during system integration.
