Duties and Responsibilities 1. Plan a recruitment strategy by following company’s policy and business direction. 2. Design and strategize the best fit recruitment process and procedure. 3. Manage recruitment procedure by utilizing technology and online/digital media 4. Actively search, seek and recruit the best fit candidates to the company. 5. Good ability in communication and conceptual thinking. 6. Develop tools that use for candidate assessment 7. Present and compare each candidate to relevant parties. 8. Conduct activities that help to promote and attract candidates to the company both online and offline. 9. Be an excellent representation of the company. 10. Analyze and forecast the supply and demand of employees 11. Build a work system to maintain candidates information e.g. schedule of interview, and summary of the interview. 12. Review application forms and conduct background/criminal record check of candidates. 13. Coordinate with HRM/HRD/HRIS and other relevant parties. 14. Review the manpower need of each unit. 15. Prepare and summarize labor cost information. 16. Record and maintain employees’ profile in order to link the information to necessary ERP system. 17. Give a recruitment advice to head of each department and relevant employees. 18. Coordinate with agencies to build a work permit document process and procedure to recruit alien employees.
