• Advising customers on suitable products based on their needs. • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. • Correctly weigh packaging and label cannabis products as required. • Taking inventory of the products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked. • Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system. • Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times. • Answer customer questions and concerns; ensure that they are well-informed and leave the store satisfied with their purchases. • Assist with the closing of the store and other tasks as assigned.
