1. Responsibilities • Sell Madame Tussauds Bangkok tickets and combined tickets at designated booths. • Promote Madame Tussauds Bangkok & SEA LIFE Bangkok to visitors. • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Communicate fluently in English and Thai. • Maintain booth appearance and care for wax figures. • Handle cash transactions and follow cash handling procedures. • Ensure excellent customer service and uphold brand image. • Generate daily revenue and suggest improvements. • Collaborate with Sales Managers on promotions and ticketing. • Make decisions on sales and communicate effectively. • Desired knowledge of attractions business and sales skills.
