1. - Ensure that the business solution is successfully implemented by defining the right architecture and integrate the solution into the customer’s environment. - Provide consultation on compliance practices and recommendations on the correct use of the solution. - Coordinate and manage project implementation activity with customer project team. - Understanding and interpreting business requirements and translating them for the implementations. - Implementing and qualifying the integration products with customer’s applications - Assisting our customers to deploy the solution on-premises or remotely. - Advise customers to automate the process to improve efficiencies and streamline processes. - Documenting the undertaken activities - Provide the trainings to customers on the respective applications usage. - Provide pre-sales support when needed. ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี General - Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. - 2+ years of relevant experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written). - Team player with the ability to work independently. - Willing to travel for project delivery (approx. 40%, including weekends/overnight) and training/conferences abroad (approx. 5%). - Basic IT troubleshooting skills. - Windows Server (2019, 2022) administration. - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). - Database management (MS-SQL, Oracle). - Computer networking. - OS administration (Windows Server, Linux, AIX).
