• Identify and target new customer groups by understanding B2B customer profiles. • Follow up with assigned project customers, present products, and build trust to professionally close elevator sales. • Manage and monitor the sales team’s performance to achieve the assigned targets. • Plan and develop sales strategies to drive team performance and meet overall sales goals. • Coordinate with the installation teams and ensure smooth project execution. • Analyze sales data, report performance, and provide improvement suggestions. • Regularly maintain and update sales activities through the CRM system.

คุณสมบัติ
เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. • At least 3-5 years of experience in senior sales or project management. • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead the sales team. • Ability to plan and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals. • Strong organizational skills, proactive, and result-oriented. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments. • Proficiency in English, especially in business communication. • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Driving license ***Please attach your CV in english***
