1. - Receive security system alerts (such as burglary, fire or emergency button alarms) - Check on-site situations by contacting customers by phone - Handle customer inquiries - Provide information regarding contract details and system operation procedures - Offer initial support and guidance in case of incidents or system issues - Gather and report information about system malfunctions or equipment defects - Coordinate with company's security teams, technical staff and sales representatives ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - New graduates are welcome. - Be able to work on a shift schedule (including night shifts). - Have strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. - Having experience in customer support is an advantage - ทำงาน 12 ชม.ต่อวัน / พักอย่างน้อย 1 วันหลังแต่ละกะ / มีวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์อีก 1 วัน (จำนวนวันทำงานจริงจะอยู่ที่ประมาณเกือบๆ 4 วันต่อสัปดาห์)
