1. Achieve required production and productivity levels as defind by the management on daily basis Responsible for safety of people working on the shop floor Achieve 100 % on time deliveries to customers by ensuring adherence to production plan. Maintain discipline on the shop floor Accountable for quality defects that produced on day to day basis. Responsible for initiating actions to improve the product quality and achieve the same on day to day basis Responsible for maintaining and control the documents as per ISO/IATF 16949 activities. Coordinate and control the different sectipons of Production incharge to achieve the KPI's on a daily basis. Responsible for problem solving on daily basis to improve the performance of each section. Responsible for 5 S on the shop floor Train and develop the subordinates to improve their capability. Take responds to Internal Auditor and External Auditor

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: 35 - 42 ปี วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - Bachelor's in Engineering or related field - 10 years Experience in Production / Production Engineer, preferrable in Automotive Industry - Communicative Level in English - Good Understanding of manufacturing and utility systems in manufacturing plant ***Please attach your CV in english***
