1. - Lead QA operations including customer claims and root cause investigations - Use quality tools such as 5 Whys, 8D, Fishbone Diagram, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans - Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949) - Coordinate corrective and preventive actions - Collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams - Lead QA team, manage action plans, and drive continuous improvement - Handle quality documentation and reporting - Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: 33 - 40 ปี วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field - Business skill in English - At least 6 years in automotive, electronic parts. - Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in handling customer claims and quality investigations. - Advanced knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO14001 , ISO/TS 16949) - Experience with quality tools and systems (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan) ***Please attach your CV in english***
