Fulfillment Officer (Sales Support)

1. - Coordinate closely with the Sales Team and relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing. - Prepare and issue sales documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes accurately and on time. - Track order status and provide regular updates to both internal teams and clients. - Handle and resolve ad hoc issues related to billing or sales documentation. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents before delivery to customers. - Collect and summarize operational data or reports as assigned. - Provide administrative support to the sales and fulfillment processes.

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 - All education levels are welcome Soft Skills: - Proactive, fast learner, and able to take initiative without constant supervision. - Open to constructive feedback and able to receive comments without taking offense both from internal teams and customers. - Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility to complete daily tasks thoroughly. - Enjoys working in structured processes and seeks to continuously improve personal work efficiency. - Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and good interpersonal skills. Experience: - Proven experience in invoice processing and order coordination. - Prior experience communicating with a variety of clients via phone and email. - Able to manage and resolve unexpected issues under pressure. Technical Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. - Experience with ERP systems or document management platforms is a plus ***Please attach your CV in english***
