- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet sales targets and customer requirements. - Control raw material usage and manage resources efficiently to reduce waste and improve productivity. - Oversee all production processes such as fermentation, pickling, processing, packaging, and storage, ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. - Monitor and troubleshoot production line issues to ensure smooth and timely operations. - Analyze and improve production processes using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies. - Collaborate with the R&D team to test and develop new fermentation or pickling recipes using local raw materials. - Supervise and develop the production team, manage workforce allocation, and evaluate performance. - Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Engineering departments to ensure operational efficiency. - Prepare production reports and improvement plans for management review. ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ
เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields - At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in the food processing or pickled vegetable industry - Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and ISO standards - Proven experience in process improvement tools such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or TPM - Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills - Creative mindset and passion for continuous improvement - Able to read, write, and communicate in English
