1. 1. Training and Development: 1.1 Find training agency to match as requirement 1.2 Develop training and programs 1.3 Prepare and conduct staff training 1.4 Manage to record training data 2. Recruitment: 2.1 Handle recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, job posting and managing the hiring process 2.2 Handle evaluation process for probation period 3. On & Off Boarding Process: 3.1 Handle on boarding for preparing contract, TOEIC test, Health Check 3.2 Handle off boarding for exit interview 4. Company Activity 4.1 Promote employer branding 4.2 Conduct employee engagement activities 4.3 Support company activities 4.4 Conduct CSR activity and project 5. Other Support: 5.1 Annual TOEIC test 5.2 Annual Health Check 5.3 Handle HR documents ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields. - Work experience 2-5 years in HRD and recruitment will be an advantage - Have basic knowledge of Labor law - Good Command in English with minimum Toeic Score 700 - Team player and willingness to share - Interpersonal Communication Skill, decision making skill & problem solving skill - Good attitude & mindset with a service oriented mind.
