1. 1. ดูแลและประสานงานการขนส่งสินค้าโดยใช้บริการของ Freight Forwarding เพื่อให้สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าได้ตามกำหนดเวลา 2. จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งและการส่งออก เช่น บัญชีข้อมูลสินค้า, ใบขนส่งเพื่อประกันความถูกต้องและครบถ้วน 3. ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะการขนส่งสินค้า เพื่อให้สามารถรายงานข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องแก่ลูกค้าและทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4. ประสานงานกับท่าเรือ และหน่วยงานทางการอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้กระบวนการขนส่งเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ 5. สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการขนส่ง รวมถึงการตอบสนองต่อคำถามหรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าเพื่อเพิ่มความพึงพอใจ ​•​2 positions available ​•​1 person Candidates with experience in FOB shipments exported from Thailand are preferred, especially those able to independently complete the full operation process •1 person is capable of being bilingual in Thai and Chinese (accepting graduates with no previous experience) Responsibilities & Requirements ​1.​Familiar with ocean export operations; minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience; candidates capable of handling shipments independently will be given priority ​2.​Good command of written and reading English for accurate and timely email communication ​3.​Familiarity with Central & South America and Caribbean trade lanes is a strong advantage ​4.​Energetic, detail-oriented, responsible, steady, with strong teamwork, service awareness, and good interpersonal communication skills
