• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records and benefits administration. • Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws and government regulations. • Assist in building HR policies and processes tailored to the needs of the business. • Support restaurant teams in resolving employee issues, handling discipline cases and promoting a positive work culture. • Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and development programs. • Liaise with external vendors, payroll providers and government offices as needed. • Provide HR reports and updates to management. • Translate and communicate HR-related materials in Thai, Chinese or English as needed. ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ
เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HRM role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry. • Native Thai speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai. • Proficiency in either Chinese or English (spoken and written). • Good understanding of Thai labor laws and HR practices. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. • Friendly, approachable, and service-minded personality. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a restaurant group or multi-location business. • Familiarity with HR software or payroll systems. • Can start work immediately or on short notice.
