The Head of Commercial (Country Commercial Manager) will lead the national commercial strategy and execution for container shipping services. This role drives revenue growth, strengthens key partnerships and oversees the national sales and customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the national commercial strategy aligned with regional and global objectives. - Drive initiatives to maximize revenue, market share and profitability. - Identify and secure new business opportunities across industry segments. - Lead and coach the national sales and commercial teams to achieve targets. - Build strong relationships with key accounts (shippers, NVOCCs, freight forwarders). - Oversee contract negotiations, pricing and service agreements. - Manage forecasts, budgets and revenue performance. - Collaborate with Trade, Operations, Finance and Customer Service for seamless execution. - Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly. ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ
เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, International Trade or related field (Master’s degree preferred) - Minimum 10 years of experience in the container shipping industry, with 5+ years in a senior sales/commercial leadership role. - Proven track record in revenue growth, key account management and team leadership. - Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English and other languages are a plus. - Full working rights in Thailand.
