1. Process Design & Improvement - Design, validate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and robustness. - Apply Industrial Engineering tools such as Time Study, Motion Analysis, Line Balancing and Takt Time calculation. New Product Introduction - Support trial runs for new products and processes. - Define work standards, cycle times and required jigs/fixtures. - Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Production teams to ensure manufacturability. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen / Lean) - Lead Lean Manufacturing projects such as new layout design, bottleneck elimination and 5S/6S improvement. - Implement problem-solving methodologies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste. ***Please attach your english CV***

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Prior experience in manufacturing engineering roles is highly preferred. - Technical Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ERP/MRP and MES systems. Skilled in designing Jigs, Fixtures and Tooling to support production. - Improvement Methodologies: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC), Kaizen, 8D, 5Why, and SPC. - IE Techniques: Strong knowledge of Time Study, Line Balancing, Process Mapping and Ergonomics. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, problem-solving and training abilities.
