1. • Production Management - Oversee all aspects of the cutting tools production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time delivery. - Manage a high-mix, low-volume production environment where single-piece orders are a regular occurrence. • Process and Technology - Utilize your extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in CNC grinding and cylindrical grinding. - Must be familiar with and able to operate state-of-the-art machinery from brands like Vollmer, Anca, Walter, and Rollomatic, among others. • Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled machinists and operators. - Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Quality Control - Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure all products meet our high-precision specifications. • Operational Excellence - Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs. - Quickly and professionally respond to production challenges to minimize downtime and maintain output. • Adaptability - Stay current with the latest advancements in cutting tool technology and machinery. 1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 • Proven experience as a production manager or a similar role in a special cutting tools or high-precision manufacturing environment. • In-depth knowledge of CNC grinding, cylindrical grinding and other relevant machining processes. • Direct experience with or equivalent knowledge of CNC grinding machines from brands such as Vollmer, Anca, Walter and Rollomatic. • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-mix, low-volume production schedule. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a technical team. • A professional, proactive and results-oriented attitude. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record.
