1. • Own the Quality System - Develop, implement and manage a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to prevent defects from occurring. • Be the Technical Authority - Perform and oversee advanced metrology and inspection processes using high-precision equipment. - Must be an expert in operating and interpreting data from Zoller Tool Measuring Machines and Profile Projectors. • Interpret the Intricate - Flawlessly read, analyze and interpret complex engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure every tool meets exact specifications. • Drive Root Cause Analysis - Investigate and resolve all non-conformances with an unwavering focus on preventing any defect from repeating. - Responsible for implementing and tracking effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). • Lead with Conviction - Confront quality issues head-on, working with production teams to solve problems and hold everyone accountable for quality standards. 1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - Bachelor degree in related field. - Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a high-precision manufacturing environment, preferably in cutting tools or a related industry. - Exceptional proficiency with Zoller Tool Measuring Machines and Profile Projectors. - Deep expertise in reading engineering drawings and applying GD&T principles. - A "zero-defect" mindset and a track record of successfully reducing product rejects. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and train production teams on quality protocols. - An unwavering, assertive character with the courage to confront quality issues directly and without hesitation.
