  1. We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Administrative and Operations Support Officer to join our aviation team. This role is integral in ensuring smooth daily operations through accurate documentation, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination. Responsibilities: - Support with Planner: Collaborate with the production planner to review and close work orders. Collect information from the requestor, including guest names, visit dates, and purpose. And complete the necessary forms for ramp pass issuance and submit the forms to the relevant airport authority or security office. - Track the status of ramp pass requests and ensure timely approval and communicate with the guest or host to provide pass details and instructions. - Prepare a formal letter requesting a slot for engine high power run. Include all necessary details such as aircraft registration, requested date and time, and purpose. - Submit the letter to the Airports of Thailand (AOT) authority and hangar parking monthly report - Follow the same procedure for requesting a compass swing slot. - Track the submission status and confirm slot approval and communicate approval and slot details to relevant internal departments - Coordinate with CATC/Wefly University and support document and ramp pass to internship from CATC and Wefly University. - Coordinate with university representatives for any required assessments or evaluations. - Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary. - Schedule and organize meetings, including booking rooms and arranging equipment. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses. - Staff Roster - Ensure all administrative tasks are well-documented and records are maintained in an organized manner. - Maintain a log of all company van and equipment licenses with their respective expiry dates. - Prepare renewal documents ahead of expiry. - Submit renewal applications to the relevant authorities. - Update internal records with new license details upon renewal and notify relevant personnel of renewed licenses. - Gather expense claim forms and receipts from staff. - Submit verified all claims to the finance department via ERP program - Prepare an overtime data report and review and submit to Executive to processing the overtime payment submission to HR department.

คุณสมบัติ

  1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: 18 - 28 ปี วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation, or related field. - 1–2 years’ experience in administrative or operations support. - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. - Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work independently. - Knowledge of aviation operations and ramp procedures is a plus. Remark: This position is exclusively open to Thai nationals. - New graduated are welcome.
