1. • Identify and qualify new sales leads within domestic markets. • Maintain and expand a pipeline of existing and potential accounts. • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers through regular calls, visits, and presentations. • Understand customer needs and present tailored product/service solutions. • Prepare and submit quotes, process customer orders, and negotiate terms. • Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure on-time delivery and service excellence. • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems (calls, meetings, pipeline updates). • Monitor and report on sales metrics, territory performance, and market trends. • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments. • Provide insights for product improvements and strategic positioning. • Actively respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints effectively. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention" • Plan and execute territory sales initiatives aligned with marketing campaigns. • Participate in promotional events, product launches, or trade shows as needed.
