We are opening a new branch at EmQuartier and looking for energetic team members who enjoy fast service, good vibes, and customer interaction. Saigon Sandwich เป็นร้านเวียดนามสไตล์เทคอะเวย์ โดดเด่นด้วยขนมปังอบสดใหม่ทุกวัน เครื่องดื่มเวียดนาม และการบริการรวดเร็ว สาขาใหม่กำลังเปิดที่ EmQuartier และเราต้องการทีมงานที่มีไฟและชอบงานบริการ ⸻ 🎯 POSITION OVERVIEW / ภาพรวมงาน You will be the face of Saigon Sandwich — welcoming customers, taking orders, preparing drinks, packing food, and making sure every guest has a smooth, friendly experience. คุณจะเป็นหน้าร้านของ Saigon Sandwich — ต้อนรับลูกค้า รับออเดอร์ ทำเครื่องดื่ม แพ็คอาหาร และดูแลให้ลูกค้าประทับใจในทุกการบริการ ⸻ 📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Customer Service / บริการลูกค้า • Greet customers with friendly, positive energy • Take orders at the counter and via online pickups • Handle basic product questions (menu, ingredients, spice level, recommendations) • Ensure fast, accurate service during peak hours • ต้อนรับลูกค้าด้วยความเป็นกันเอง • รับออเดอร์หน้าร้านและออเดอร์รับของออนไลน์ • ตอบคำถามเรื่องเมนู วัตถุดิบ ระดับความเผ็ด หรือคำแนะนำเมนู • บริการรวดเร็วและถูกต้องในช่วงเวลาที่ลูกค้าเยอะ Sales / งานขาย • Suggest menu items and upsell combos / drinks • Promote new items or limited promotions • Maintain a clean, attractive storefront • แนะนำเมนูเพิ่มเติม เพิ่มยอดขาย • โปรโมทเมนูใหม่หรือโปรโมชั่น • ดูแลความเรียบร้อยและความสวยงามของหน้าร้าน Food & Beverage Support / งานครัวและเครื่องดื่ม • Assist in preparing drinks (Vietnamese coffee, special beverages) • Pack bánh mì and side dishes neatly • Ensure food is served fresh and correct • ช่วยทำเครื่องดื่มกาแฟเวียดนามและเมนูอื่น ๆ • แพ็คแซนด์วิชและอาหารอย่างเรียบร้อย • ตรวจสอบอาหารก่อนเสิร์ฟให้ถูกต้อง Operation / งานปฏิบัติการ • Handle payments (cash + cashless) • Keep station clean and hygienic • Follow shop SOP for service, safety, and quality • รับชำระเงินทั้งเงินสดและแบบไร้เงินสด • รักษาความสะอาดพื้นที่ทำงาน • ทำงานตามมาตรฐานร้านทั้งด้านบริการ ความปลอดภัย และคุณภาพ
