Production Supervisor

Responsibilities 1. Oversee the herbal extraction production process in accordance with established SOP/BMR plans and standards 2. Inspect machinery operations and production documents (BMR, Logbook) for accuracy and completeness 3. Coordinate with QC/QA departments to inspect the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products 4. Manage the production team, including scheduling, training, and evaluating employee performance on the production line 5. Analyze problems and improve production processes to reduce losses and increase efficiency 6. Ensure safety in the use of extraction solvents and manage waste disposal in compliance with regulations 7.Report production results and analyze data such as Yield, Productivity, and Downtime to supervisors 8.Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience 1.Vocational Certificate (ปวส.) or Bachelor's Degree in Production Technology, Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 2.Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical, herbal, or dietary supplement manufacturing facility 3. Experience in production line team supervision 4.Knowledge of GMP PIC/S, ISO 9001:2015, or relevant industrial manufacturing standards 5. Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
