1. - Plan, execute and control sales of medical supplies to achieve company targets. - Develop and manage the sales team to meet set objectives. - Collaborate with marketing and marketing‑management teams to support sales activities. - Manage overall expenses to stay within budget agreed with clients. - Monitor, analyse and optimise sales results and adjust sales plans as required. - Set and achieve sales targets for disposables, drapes and gauze. - Track sales performance, expenses and tender/purchase processes; propose competitive pricing strategies. - Analyse sales data, prepare monthly reports & insights to support business growth. - Monitor market and competitor activities; develop counter‑strategies to maintain market leadership. - Provide excellent customer service: respond promptly to enquiries and resolve issues efficiently. - Define incentive compensation structure for the sales team (subject to client approval) and manage performance evaluations. - Ensure sufficient inventory based on accurate forecasting and manage stock levels in agreement with clients and company. - Oversee territory management, sales‑force effectiveness, customer‑call analytics and development of sales initiatives/projects.

คุณสมบัติ

1. เพศ: ไม่จำกัด ช่วงอายุ: ไม่จำกัด วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - At least 3 years of sales experience in medical supplies (disposables, drapes, gauze) with hospital clientele — this will be a strong advantage. - Experience managing a sales team. - Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills. - Leadership ability, team‑management skills and capacity to handle issues proactively. - Good command of English. - Owns a car and valid driver’s license. - Detail‑oriented, honest, and responsible. - Willingness to work overtime when required. - Ability to travel abroad occasionally.
